Happy Pancake JPY 1,100. It was extremely fluffy, soft yet moist, every bite was simply a heaven in the mouth. Ain Soph Ginza is vegan fine dining. Every dish is full of flavour and texture, and beautifully presented. It is very popular so book a table in advance or you’re likely to be disappointed. We had the set meal which was excellent. The fondue looked fabulous too.

A happy pancake is a chain in Tokyo with their newest shop that opened in Ginza on Dec 24th 2017. This location is much smaller than their well-known location in Omotesando and don't worry, the taste of the pancakes in both locations are the same. Each order consists of 3 pancakes (but feels more like eating 1-2 regular American styled pancakes).
